Two Xbox Game Pass Titles Reach Incredible Player Milestones During Launch Week

Last week, we ended up having a huge few days on Xbox Game Pass when Bethesda decided to join the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 party with Oblivion Remastered - and the pair of brand-new releases have hit some huge player milestones in the time since.

At the tail end of the week, we brought news that Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 had sold 500,000 copies in its first day of release - and that number has now doubled over the weekend. The team recently shared the news that it had hit one million sales in just three days.

Meanwhile, it's been clear since day one that the hype for Oblivion Remastered was off the charts, and that hype has translated to some pretty big numbers for Xbox, Bethesda & co. On Friday, before its opening weekend, the Elder Scrolls remaster hit four million players across all platforms - and it's safe to assume that number has increased massively since.

We'll have to see if we get any more updates on the success of these two Xbox Game Pass titles as the week goes on, but it's clear that both of these games are doing pretty darn well so far. And deservedly so - the fantastic Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 even managed to score a rare 10/10 here at Pure Xbox.
