As part of today's big Warhammer Skulls showcase, the team has announced that the first 40K: Space Marine title is getting a new-gen remaster! Yep, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Master Crafted Edition is in the works at developer SneakyBox - and it comes to Xbox Game Pass on day one!
Better yet, Space Marine Master Crafted Edition is just a few weeks away from dropping. Yep, this "faithful restoration" of the original Xbox 360 title launches for Xbox Series X|S on June 10th - including that day one release on Game Pass Ultimate.

"Updated for a new generation by SneakyBox with 4K resolution, modernised controls, an interface overhaul, improved character models and remastered audio, the Master Crafted Edition brings the fight, the gore and the glory closer, louder and with greater impact than ever before. Experience this landmark third-person shooter set within the grim darkness and ceaseless conflict of the Warhammer 40,000 universe like never before."
Last year, Space Marine 2 look a lot of us by surprise with just how good the sequel turned out to be - particularly in the technical department where Saber Interactive just absolutely nailed it. This isn't the same team working on the Space Marine remaster, but we're glad it's getting a new-gen version to sit alongside the excellent SM2.
