Almost two years ago now, Xbox studio inXile Entertainment introduced Clockwork Revolution to the world at the 2023 Xbox Games Showcase - and despite some small updates, we've really not seen much of the Microsoft first-party title since. This week though, the team has reminded us of what's being crafted over at the Californian studio - and we're hoping this leads to another showcase appearance rather soon.

Over on social media, inXile has given us a brief refresher on the in-development project. The Xbox studio has just over 100 people working on the game - and it's being led by Wasteland creator Brian Fargo, former Fallout dev Jason Anderson, and others.

Unfortunately, we still haven't seen any more footage of the game since its brief showing back in the summer of 2023, but at least it sounds like things are still trucking along over at inXile. Here's hoping some extended gameplay from Clockwork Revolution arrives pretty soon - oh, and a release date would be nice as well.

Shortly after that 2023 showing, we did get some additional details on the type of game the studio is building though - straight from the horse's mouth. We'll throw a link to those details down below, while we wait with baited breath for the game's next appearance. It's gotta be soon... right?!
