Suicide Squad kill the Justice League is the stand out for me. The game just released in February and it's practically free now. Big oof. I honestly just feel sorry for the devs. Rocksteady went for Arkham Knight to this and that's just a huge waste of talent. Also I do hope this shows how tired we are of Suicide Squad content. DC has a plethora or heroes, villians, teams, settings, entities, and so on to choose from. I swear to god, if they don't stop pushing Waller and the Suicide Squad... well I'll just be sad. Like imagine if they made this a guardians of the galaxy style Outsiders Game set in the Batman Arkham Universe. Or a Justice League Dark magic game to really showcase another side of DC. Or an intricate New Gods game navigating that mess of lore. Or like just... anything. I mean heck, why are we getting a "Kill the Justice League" before getting an actual Justice League game? Most of the most iconic and recognizable leaguers don't have any modern game. I just hope WB doesn't see this as a failure for DC games, but rather a wake up call to do better. Marvel doesn't even have a gaming studio, but Disney has partnered with a lot to put up some really great games. It doesn't need to be a competition (as a comic nerd I just want my favorite heroes to get great games). WBGames is making me really sad right now 😔.

Anyway I already picked it up. Will try it out eventually. Though I'm miffed WB stopped doing Xbox Play Anywhere for their releases. I at least hope they add this one to the cloud. I don't want to waste storage space on it.

I kinda feel like playing Anthem again. The story was a mess but the gameplay was quite fun. And it has an fps boost mode so you can play in 60. On the other hand that mode is only in 900p. Wonder how cheap I can get it on steam instead.

@BIG3 Some are, and are decent fun playing with a friend or two. Others are a bit crap, and they removed the forsaken campaign a few years ago, which prompted me to never buy anything full priced from them ever again anyway. I think buying the forsaken pack now just unlocks some weapons from it instead.

Anyway you're best looking at reviews for the dlc to decide. After all being cheap doesn't mean it's worth it if something is bad.

I played it a while back, and had a good time with the campaign. So few games are set in WWI so it's got that going for it.

That's plenty of games there for pocket change to keep you busy during the holiday season. A lot seem to be EA I already get with Game Pass though.

The gameplay reminds me of the prototype games from years ago so it's not bad and it's a really good looking game the story is great as well loads of funny banter and stuff happening I just beat green lantern last night so hopefully the rest of the game is as good as I've played so far solid 8/10 for me especially considering it cost me only 50 cents ha

@NintendoByNature I don't know how historically accurate it is in the details, but it gets a lot of points for remembering it's a WORLD war, and not just in trenches in northern France. So you'll go to Africa, fight high up in the Italian Alps, etc.
