For F1 2018, "Complete 20 laps," Time trial is absolutely the way to go. But choose Japan Short as your track as each lap is about 70 seconds. If you don't care about this game or racing at all, this track is pretty short, so I finished this quest in about 20 minutes. It felt so good to delete this 41 GB after scoring this quest.
