Animal Well is very interesting in an old-school, no-hand-holding kind of way, which is what makes it difficult to get into. I agree it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you like this kind of game, it’s amazing. I also love how the entire game (on Switch anyway, where I’ve played it) is around 80 Mb - this is less than most recent game SAVE files! Also, it’s a game that rewards experimentation and outside-of-the-box thinking!
If only someone had said something against live-service games before Suicide Squad was released… If only there had been another similar game associated with a competing comics publisher that tried the same route and flopped… If only…
The Xbox Series S is an amazing purchase, as long as you grab GamePass as well. For myself, the only real downsides to it are the storage limit (Microsoft really should look into offering cheaper storage expansion) and the lack of gyro functionality in the controller (which costs about the same as PS5 and even PS4 controllers that have it). As long as you don’t mind the lower resolutions and (sometimes) lower framerates, the Series S is a great entry point into current-gen console gaming.
It’s also a shame that the first title, Jet Set Radio, is on the backward compatible store bur unavailable. I am not sure why, as it’s available for the PS3 (I bought it recently).
I recall a while back it was said Silksong will have a period of PC and Nintendo Switch exclusivity, so I basically expect to hear about a release on Nintendo’s next Direct that’s rumoured to be soon (they could possibly shadow-drop it, even) followed by a general release 6 months later. If the Direct comes soon and they DO shadow-drop it, that could align with a Gamepass release by June.

YouTube,eh? Let’s hope these “Global Partnerships” will not result in sometimes-skippable 5-second ads during Xbox gameplay…

Or buy this IKEA laundry cabinet, clearly inspired by two Xboxes on top of each other…

I’m worried this will eventually lead to the Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia remakes being cancelled.
